How we price
Most engagements use fixed fees agreed before work begins. When scope depends on office size, number of departments, or travel within southern Taiwan, we provide a written quote after a free 30-minute scoping call.
All prices below are in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) and exclude VAT where applicable.

What affects your quote
- Staff count and departments: A twelve-person accounting office with tax and audit teams requires more interview time than a six-person legal consultancy.
- Travel: On-site work beyond Kaohsiung city adds half-day travel fees for Tainan, Pingtung, or Chiayi.
- Urgency: Engagements requested with less than two weeks’ notice before filing season may incur a scheduling premium — we will say so upfront.
- Language of deliverables: Reports in English or bilingual format require additional editing time.
Deposits and payment
- Workflow assessments and handover projects: 40% deposit on booking, balance on report delivery.
- Mapping sessions: full payment one week before the workshop date.
- Retainers: invoiced at the start of each quarter.
We accept bank transfer. We do not process card payments on this site — pricing here is informational only.
