From first message to finished documents
Every engagement follows the same backbone, adjusted for scope. Whether you book a half-day mapping session or a full workflow assessment, you always know what happens next.
After delivery
Many clients continue with a Quarterly Review Retainer to keep procedures current as staff and seasons change. Retainers are optional and available only after an initial project.

Submit a brief with your office details, or browse consultations to choose a starting point.
Initial brief
You describe your office size, location, service lines, and the procedure problem. We reply within two business days with a recommended consultation and fee range.
Scoping call
A free 30-minute phone or video call confirms scope, on-site dates, and who we need to interview. You receive a written proposal with fee, timeline, and deposit terms.
Deposit and scheduling
On acceptance, you pay the agreed deposit and we block calendar dates. You receive a preparation list — forms, sample folders, staff availability.
On-site work
We observe, interview, and map procedures at your office. Staff can ask questions; we do not report individual comments to partners without context.
Draft review
For assessments and handover projects, you receive a draft for factual correction before final delivery. Mapping sessions conclude with same-day outputs.
Delivery and read-back
Final documents arrive by secure transfer. Assessments include a partner read-back session to agree on the first changes to implement.
