Registered business
Rosewood Path Business Advisory is the official registered business name under which we operate. We were established in 2016 in Kaohsiung, beginning as a two-person practice helping a local accounting office reorganise its client filing before the annual tax rush.
Brief history
In our first year, work came entirely through referrals from a business association in Fengshan. By 2018 we had completed assessments for six professional offices across Kaohsiung and Tainan — mostly accounting and legal practices with ten to twenty staff. We added handover documentation engagements in 2020 when several long-serving clerks retired during the same season.
Today we remain a small firm by choice. Two consultants handle field work; a part-time administrator schedules visits and maintains our template library of forms adapted for Taiwan offices.
What we do
We advise office-based firms on procedure design: how documents move, how staff communicate handoffs, and how partners review work before it leaves the building. We do not sell software, run training franchises, or provide legal or tax advice.
Our approach
Every engagement starts with observation. We sit where your staff sit, read the forms they actually use, and ask what happens when the usual person is sick. Recommendations follow your vocabulary — intake sheet, red stamp, partner desk — not imported framework language.
People
Huang Yi-Ling leads on-site assessments. Former office manager at a mid-size accounting firm in Kaohsiung; fifteen years handling client intake and filing before consulting.
Wu Chia-Hao focuses on handover documentation and quarterly reviews. Background in administrative coordination for a legal consultancy; trained in structured interviewing for knowledge capture.
Values we hold
- Write procedures staff will read — short checklists beat thick manuals
- Respect existing habits that work; change only what causes repeated errors
- Leave you with documents you own, not dependency on our return
Community
We attend quarterly gatherings of the Kaohsiung Small Business Advisory Network and contribute field notes on office administration topics — never product pitches.
